"Telling Truths" has a double meaning by intent. While it is a given that telling the truth is a good thing, there are times when one uncovers lies and deception and the uncovering of such makes it quite a "telling truth" about dishonesty and the nuance of "spin" and false narrative.
These very "telling truths" are at epidemic proportions in our culture today.
This book shares my concerns, conundrums, convictions, and
confessions in a way I hope will be liberating for those who are seekers
of truth. This is not to say I believe every opinion I have is without
flaw, but more so , that I am a seeker of truth. And, a speaker of truth

Meet Author- Justin Holloway
Justin Holloway is a native Texan. He spent most of his life in Corpus Christi and has resided in Abilene the past thirteen years. He is a father of two adult children and Poppy to six grandchildren. He is an Op-Ed columnist and freelance writer. He is Founder of Sacred Lives Foundation, a non- profit section 501c3 organization, a former school board president, ordained minister having served as worship pastor, and youth pastor in several churches. He is a songwriter and contemplative soul. He is also a Medical Practice Business Manager and Accountant. His writing is generally an expression of observations and shared convictions about the state of the world and his concern for fellow human beings. His concerns are addressed through a logical and faith-filled filter. He is a learner. He is a seeker. He has been labeled Daddy McSappypants by his children early on as they realized his propensity toward written expression in sentimental (yes sappy) ways. Written expression is one of his love languages indeed. He is a self-described cynical realistic idealist. His most sure foundation is his faith as a Christian.
He is candid about life struggles and, at times, uncomfortably so. He is a lover of people, dialogue, and community. Above all, he is a fellow struggler on this planet and pursuer of wisdom.
"One of the main things I would like to convey about the book is:
This book covers a myriad of topics, social, and political issues in a way which may cause you to rethink and reconsider your views as well as open your mind and heart to the most effective ways to speak truth in words which are thoughtful, candid, and authentic."
