By Scott Green When Mark Templeton, restaurant manager, entered Le Chop gastronomic restaurant in Birmingham for his normal evening shift, he did not expect to find the 3 Michelin-starred chef and patron of Le Chop, Louis Bonnaire, murdered. Carlos Sanchez, the kitchen porter was arrested immediately, by a police detective who happened to be in the ‘little kitchen’ at the time of the murder. Carlos was stood over the corpse with a meat cleaver in hand, £500 in his pocket along with the restaurant safe key.
