Change is difficult to make, change leads at first to chaos. Getting out of the comfort zone is not for everyone. Routine is so nice and safe. And yet I decided to jump into the abyss. And with me I took my husband and son. And no, they weren’t ready, my husband especially needed a strong kick. And I was the source of his chaos and of our chaos as a family…


In 2011 we bought our first house in the countryside. Yes, it was my idea. I just felt we should. We just planned it to be a week-end home to rest and have fun. And from then on, our path from  chaos to harmony started. We were simple corporate employees caught up in the safe daily routine. We felt there was more to life than that, but we were still comfortable in our sleep.


And then it all changed - we started to love the countryside, we started to get used to living in nature not in the city in a gray apartment, to chaos, to not having a safe routine, our son came along and more chaos with him. Then, in 2018 we wanted a bigger land and we were willing to accept the lack of comfort too. We started hating our corporate jobs and we wanted change. We wanted some meaning in our lives and we were suddenly willing to make the effort for it. Freedom was more important than money and comfort.


Four years into it we have managed to turn chaos into harmony and change is now part of our daily lives. We live off-grid, we have taken responsibility for our lives, safety, health, education and comfort. We faced many fears, so many that I can’t imagine how we didn’t go crazy. We went from depression to bliss and we survived to tell the story so that others willing to take a similar path can also jump in. To help you, I tell you about our story, but also about simple day to day solutions we found to our comfort problems as well as more complex spiritual ones to help you with your inner fears and weaknesses. For us it was a great ride, not complete yet, but on the right track. Try it too if you feel you need more meaning in your life!
