Therefore, adults start at a certain point in their lives to deny the child within, keep it isolated, not let it talk or express freely. We carry the trauma of our childhood our entire life and we lose true self due to detaching from true self.

Research shows that inner child’s work had been proven to be one of the most powerful and profound tools of transformation. Inner child work is finding back your happiness through the eyes of a child.
When we pause and acknowledge the existence of the little being insight of us, we are finally on the road to taking back our lives.
