By Lynley Buckley One hundred and sixty words about me. Country girl from New Zealand, who immigrated to Perth, WA, early 2000, with my husband and two beautiful daughters. Jumped into working at local Trauma Hospital and got wonderful experience in Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics and Ortho geriatrics. At the same time completed two years of transformational life coaching which would change my life direction. Finding it hard to keep in touch with family, we then sold up in 2009 and after a wonderful trip overseas moved to the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Here I dived into Aged Care role with a great team of nurses. Developing key skills, the next step was completing my Nurse Practitioner Masters. Writing has been in my family with my sister writing a book when she was 20, I have written many anecdotal stories and decided that there was a gap with helping families deal with Dementia. One published work on Amazon, but already its helping people make decisions and move forward. I have always been a creative person but have struggled getting things lined up. I think there will be more to come, just needing the time to write! Find Ms. Buckley's book The Aging Game here on Amazon! Comments are closed.
