Writer's Retreat Application

Please take a moment to answer the following questions so I can get a preliminary idea if we would make a good fit!
Payment will be due at the time of acceptance

The Writer's Retreat includes room and board, food, coaching, and entertainment.  (Please advise if there are any food allergies)(If additional entertainment options become available at an additional cost, you'll be notified as soon as possible and of course it will be voluntary participation.)
Each participant provides transportation to and from Retreat location, all writing utensils and/or equipment and personal items.
